Abbotsford, BC- Lucas Bruchet led a charge of Point Grey men on Saturday at the BC Cross Country Championships in Abbotsford as PGTFC placed six runners in the top ten in the Senior Men's race. Bruchet ousted Geoff Martinson of the Prairie Inn Harriers on the 10-kilometre course with his winning time of 30:45 to Martinson's time of 30:59. Ryan Brockerville was behind them both in third spot covering the course in 31:37. Following him closely, Theo Hunt put together another solid race to continue his streak of impressive races so far this season. Keir Forster and Adam Byles rounded out the top 5 for Point Grey with times of 32:16 and 32:47, respectively. Making his season debut, Timothy Huebsch cracked the top ten overall in ninth place with a time of 32:53. Rounding out the field for Point Grey was Barry Donovan in 33:51.

	On the women's side, Sabrina Wilkie was a close second to World Cross Country Championship competitor, Rachel Cliff. Wilkiecompleted the six kilometre course in 21:10, only 12 seconds behind Cliff's 20:58. Jen Moroz snuck inside the top ten in ninth spot with a time of 23:02. Rounding out the field for the Point Grey women was Noreen Mackey in 25:25.
