Vancouver- Kelly Wiebe won the James Cunningham Seawall race around the Stanley Park seawall on Sunday morning. He completed the 9.5km course in 28:38. Wiebe is building towards the Canadian Cross Country Championships on November 30th at Jericho Beach.
